When is the citizen’s information transmitted to another government body (entity)?
When a citizen applied to any government body (entity), documents of the citizen were required to be on paper carriers traditionally. By applying through the "myGov" portal the use of paper carriers is also minimized. For example, when a citizen applies for any bank loan, the bank sends a request to the citizen's personal cabinet to obtain a few personal data and after the confirmation of the request in the personal cabinet, the information is transmitted online to the bank without the use of paper carriers.
