Citizens can now digitally submit their criminal record certificate to the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund.

Within the framework of inter-agency cooperation, the scope of digital services on the "mygov" platform continues to expand.

Thanks to a newly introduced functionality, citizens can now directly share the criminal record certificate obtained from “mygov” with the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund (the Fund) in a fully digital format.

Previously, this certificate had to be submitted in physical form, but the process is now completely digitalized. As a result, citizens wishing to benefit from the rent-to-own mechanism no longer need to submit any paper documents to the Fund.

The electronic criminal record certificate can be shared via both the “mygov” web portal and mobile application.

This new service has been implemented through collaboration between the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency.

Steps to use the service:

  1. Log in to the “Services” section on the “mygov” platform.

  2. Select “Criminal Record Certificate”.

  3. Go to the relevant certificate from the “History” section.

  4. Choose the “Share” function.

  5. Select the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund and send the certificate electronically.

If the criminal record certificate is not yet available on the “mygov” platform, citizens can request it through the platform.

This digital solution contributes to increased citizen satisfaction, time and resource efficiency, and reduced paper consumption.
