Citizens can now sign their employment contracts directly through the “mygov” platform.

A new service has been launched on the “mygov” platform to simplify employment processes for citizens. The new feature — “Employment Contract Signing” — is now available on the platform. This integration was implemented through the joint collaboration of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA) and the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Population.
Within this service, citizens can now sign employment contracts directly via the “mygov” platform — whether it’s for a new job or an update to an existing contract — following submission by the employer.
How to use the service:
-
On the portal, go to the “Employment” category and select “Employment Contract Signing”.
-
If there’s a pending contract, it will appear in the list; if not, a message will indicate that no contracts are available.
-
Review the contract details.
-
Click “Sign” to approve the contract using SIMA e-Signature.
In addition, when a new contract is issued, the citizen receives a notification through “mygov” and can access and sign it directly from that alert.
This new service makes the employment contract signing process faster, easier, and fully digital.
It should be noted that the primary goal of the “mygov” platform is to provide citizens with essential government services through a single, integrated platform in collaboration with state institutions.
