Data-driven decision-making
The application of these methods and approaches enables a deeper understanding of the organization’s challenges and supports data-driven decision-making.
To strengthen practical implementation and ensure a more systematic process, additional support resources can be utilized. Through these resources, it is possible to:
- Develop concepts related to data literacy;
- Apply forms for the assessment of challenges and problems;
- Measure the data maturity level more objectively.

The path to data-driven leadership begins with awareness. Therefore, increasing the level of data awareness and data literacy within an organization is a crucial first step. Conducting educational and awareness trainings in this area is essential — especially for managers, project leaders, and non-IT employees. Through these trainings, participants learn how data influences business decisions, develop analytical thinking, and adopt a culture of data-driven decision-making.
Based on our experience, we share the following materials and training resources:
TNA (Training Needs Analysis): This process helps design a relevant syllabus and identify participants’ real learning needs.
Syllabus for Data Trainings: Developed according to TNA results, the training program is customized to the specific needs of each organization.
Data Literacy Training: Typically consists of 8 sessions — 4 theoretical and 4 practical — covering the following topics:
1. Data-driven decision-making
Standards and requirements to consider when creating a dashboard
A pre-test is conducted in the first session and repeated in the final session to measure participants’ learning progress and development.
