A new step was taken towards the transition to a Paperless Government on the State Procurement Portal.

Suppliers participating in state procurements will now be able to submit information on criminal records to purchasing organizations through the etender.gov.az portal.
The integration process in this direction, carried out by the State Service for Anti-Monopoly and Consumer Market Control, was implemented through cooperation with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, as well as the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA).
During the digitalization of the process, the necessary data transfer and integration into the relevant subsystems were carried out through IRIA’s digital.bridge system. As a result of this integration, five out of the six required documents can now be submitted in digital form.
It’s worth noting that the National Information Exchange System (digital.bridge) aims to facilitate data exchange between state information resources and systems, enhance efficiency, and optimize management in delivering e-services to the public.
Thanks to this integration, suppliers participating in state procurements can now obtain information about criminal records, along with other relevant data, directly from their personal cabinets by submitting a query. This new feature eliminates the risk of fraudulent documents and prevents additional delays. Moreover, by minimizing the use of paper-based documents in the system, it contributes to the "Paperless Government" initiative and green policies.
