A number of services of the Ministry of Justice are now available on the “mygov” platform!
The Ministry of Justice is implementing targeted measures in line with the “Action Plan for 2026–2028 on Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan,” approved by President Ilham Aliyev.
As part of efforts to deliver digital public services through a “one-stop-shop” principle, several services of the Ministry of Justice have now been integrated into the “mygov” platform.
With this new integration, citizens can access a number of services provided by the Ministry of Justice directly through “mygov” without switching between different platforms. This approach aims to centralize public services, simplify the user experience, and improve accessibility.
The services integrated into the “mygov” platform include:
• Translation service
• Consent application for a minor to leave the country
• Provision of information on enforcement proceedings related to individuals
Through the Translation service, citizens can digitally apply for the translation of documents, whether notarization is possible or not. Users enter document and language details, upload the file, complete payment, and submit the request. The application status and history can be tracked via “mygov”.
The Consent application for a minor to leave the country allows users to input details about the minor, accompanying person, and travel. After completing video identification and payment steps, the request is submitted, and users are notified of the result.
Through the Information on enforcement proceedings, users can access details and related documents of enforcement cases concerning them. The system allows downloading documents in PDF format and quick access to information.
In addition to these, 5 life-event-based services and 4 notarial services of the Ministry of Justice had already been integrated into the “mygov” platform earlier.
Citizens can access these services via both the my.gov.az portal and the “mygov” mobile application.
