A range of digital documents and information has been made available to citizens.
The “mygov” digital government platform introduces new features to enhance citizen access to a broader range of information and documents. Users can now find newly added digital records and documents in the “My Information” section. Additionally, a “New” labeling feature has been implemented to facilitate quicker access to updates.
Newly Added Information and Documents:
Vaccination Records:
Citizens’ vaccination data has been integrated into the “mygov” platform. Previously, accessing vaccination history required visiting medical institutions, but now this information is available directly on “mygov.” Users can view their vaccination records, download them in PDF format, and share them with other institutions via QR code or document number.
Medical Examination Results for Marriage:
Individuals undergoing mandatory medical tests for marriage can now access their results through “mygov.” Previously, these results were only available from designated medical institutions, but the process has now been fully digitized.
Social Benefits Information:
The full list of government-assigned social benefits and personalized details are now accessible via “mygov.” Citizens can retrieve current and verified information regarding their benefits in this section.
Real Estate Records:
Property title certificates, technical passports, and valuation reports are now provided in digital format. To obtain these documents, the property must be free of any outstanding debts. Otherwise, issuance will not be possible. Additionally, in accordance with legal amendments effective January 28, 2025, the digital version of the property title certificate now holds the same legal validity as the physical copy and can be accessed through “mygov.”
Currently, the “mygov” digital government platform provides citizens with access to over 40 different digital documents and records.
