Attention Master’s Admission Candidates: Registration Will Be Conducted Exclusively Through “mygov”
Bachelor’s graduates admitted to master’s degree programs will complete their registration at their respective higher education institutions exclusively through the my.gov.az portal. To facilitate this process, the relevant service of the Ministry of Science and Education has been made available on the “mygov” platform. Through this service, admitted bachelor’s graduates can complete the registration process digitally in just a few steps. Registration will be open from 15:00 on August 3 until 18:00 on August 12.
Individuals admitted to master’s degree programs must first log in to their personal accounts on the my.gov.az portal via mygov ID (single sign-on system). They should then select the Ministry of Science and Education under the “Institutions” category in the “Services” section of the portal and access the “Registration of students at higher and secondary specialized education institutions” service.
During registration, bachelor’s graduates confirm their personal and admission details, enter the required information, and submit their applications.
Applicants can track the status of their applications in real time through their personal accounts on the “mygov” platform. When an application is marked “Payment pending,” the tuition fee can be paid using the “Pay Online” function, or a document confirming the payment can be uploaded to the system using the “Upload Receipt” option.
Once the registration application has been reviewed and approved by the educational institution, the process is considered complete, and the applicant is officially registered as a master’s student. The citizen will receive a notification through the “mygov” platform confirming the completion of the registration.
