Citizens can now obtain permits for trips to the liberated territories through the “mygov” platform.

A new service has been launched on the “mygov” platform to further simplify citizens’ access to government services. The “Permit for trips to the liberated territories” service is now available through the platform. With this service, citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan who wish to travel by private car to the liberated territories can complete the permit process quickly and easily.

Previously, such permits were only issued via the “Yolumuz Qarabağa” portal, but the service has now been integrated into the “mygov” platform as well. Users can select the service under the “Transport” category, specify their destination and travel date, and enter vehicle and passenger details. If the applicant already has a vehicle registered under their FIN code, the information will automatically appear; otherwise, they can add it manually. After entering the required details, the user confirms the application with a one-time password (OTP). Citizens can track their permit status in the “History” section and cancel it if necessary.

It should be noted that up to nine passengers, including the driver, may participate in the trip, and the vehicle must have a state license plate.

This and other integrations allow citizens to access essential government services in a unified manner via the “mygov” platform, making the use of digital services more convenient and centralized.
