Digital services of the Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency are being integrated into the “mygov” platform
The Azerbaijan State Water Resources Agency (ADSEA) is implementing consistent and targeted measures in line with the “Action Plan for 2026–2028 on Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan,” approved by the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
As part of efforts to deliver digital public services through a “one-stop-shop” principle, the “e-Su” mobile application will cease operations starting May 12, and its digital services will be available on the “mygov” platform. The main goal of these changes is to improve accessibility of services for citizens, simplify digital processes, and minimize the need for additional resources and service channels.
So far, 6 services of the Agency have been provided digitally via the “mygov” platform. Currently, 7 additional services are being integrated. Further stages will include improving existing digital services and integrating new ones into the platform.
Services currently available on “mygov”:
• Updating subscriber information
• Submitting meter readings and generating invoices
• Digital applications
• Requests for debt investigation
• Providing certificates on invoices and payments for the last 12 months (for residential consumers)
• Online payment of water bills
Services being integrated:
• Applications for sealing (installation or replacement) of water meters
• Requests for repair or replacement of faulty water meters
• Reporting accidents in water supply and wastewater systems
• Registration of new residential consumers
• Issuance of subscriber-related certificates
• Applications for installation of water meters
• Requests for temporary suspension and restoration of water supply and wastewater services
It should be noted that “mygov” serves as a unified platform that brings together all public services in one place, ensuring faster and more convenient access for citizens.
