Electronic education documents of 2026 graduates are now available on the “mygov” platform

The diplomas, certificates, and other electronic education documents of 2026 graduates have been integrated into the “mygov” platform. This new feature provides graduates with digital access to documents electronically signed and verified by their educational institutions.
The service is currently available only on the my.gov.az portal. Electronic education documents are also expected to become available on the “mygov” mobile application in the coming days. Graduates can access their electronic documents by going to the “Education” section of the my.gov.az portal and using the “My Electronic Education Documents” service. Once the section is opened, all electronic education documents available in the citizen’s name are displayed in a list, and users can view the digital version by selecting the relevant document.
To verify the authenticity of digital education documents, users can scan the QR code displayed on the document with a camera or visit the “Document Verification” page on edu.gov.az and enter the document number and date of birth.
It should be noted that diplomas and several other education documents belonging to citizens have already been integrated into the “mygov” platform. Graduates from previous years can also view their diplomas through the platform.
