IDDA is launching a new “Career Excellence” program in collaboration with EPAM Azerbaijan

The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), in collaboration with EPAM, has announced the opening of applications for the “Career Excellence” program, based on the “Hire and Train” concept. The program aims to attract early-career IT talent in Azerbaijan and equip them with in-demand skills required in the labor market.
The “Career Excellence” program will be implemented under the “Hire and Train” model—a modern approach that integrates recruitment with training. Within this framework, selected participants are employed from the outset and gain not only theoretical knowledge but also practical experience as part of real working processes. The program offers career development opportunities in business analytics, software engineering, mobile development, and other IT fields, with the application of advanced artificial intelligence solutions.
Throughout the program, participants will work on projects as members of the EPAM team and develop their professional skills with the support of experienced industry experts. This approach combines learning with hands-on experience, enabling participants to integrate more rapidly into global IT careers.
The “Career Excellence” program will last five months. Key eligibility requirements include at least one year of experience in the IT field, a minimum B1 level of English proficiency, and the ability to work full-time either remotely or at the office in Baku.
Applications for the program will be accepted until March 31, 2026.
