New education services have been integrated into the “mygov” platform

The range of services provided to citizens through the “mygov” digital government platform is being expanded. A number of key services belonging to the Ministry of Science and Education, with an annual usage exceeding 320,000, have already been integrated into “mygov”.

The new education services to be provided via the “mygov” platform include:

• Registration of applicants admitted to bachelor’s level of higher education institutions (up to 60,000 users annually);
• Registration of bachelor’s graduates for master’s level studies at higher education institutions (up to 14,000 users annually);
• Registration of bachelor’s graduates for residency level studies at higher education institutions (up to 600 users annually);
• Registration of applicants admitted to secondary specialized education institutions based on general secondary and complete secondary education (up to 24,000 users annually);
• Electronic document submission for preschool education institutions (up to 225,000 users annually).

It should be noted that these services will be used by citizens and learners on the “mygov” platform for admission and registration processes for the upcoming academic year.

The services are available through the my.gov.az portal. Users can access them by selecting the “Ministry of Science and Education” under the “Organizations” category or the “Education” option under the “Fields” category in the “Services” section. This update will enable students and parents to complete processes more quickly and conveniently.

The introduction of these new services is considered another step toward expanding the digital capabilities offered by the “mygov” platform and ensuring centralized access to public services in one unified system.
