New functionality in the “mygov” app: Information and services have been combined under unified categories.
To further enhance user experience, a new update has been implemented in the “mygov” mobile application. With this update, the information and services offered in the app have been consolidated under a single section. The main goal is to ensure that users can access the information or service they need more quickly and conveniently within the app.
In the previous version, information and services were presented in separate sections. While information was grouped under specific categories, services were displayed as a general list. Now, with the newly added “Categories” section, users can select a relevant topic and view all related information and services in one place.
This approach simplifies both the search process and the user’s navigation experience within the app.
