Notary services are now available on the “mygov” platform!
The “mygov” digital government platform, which provides citizens with easy and secure access to state services, has been further enhanced to offer broader capabilities. Now, several types of notary services have been integrated into “mygov.” This integration was carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Through the “mygov” platform, citizens can now benefit from the following notary services:

Power of Attorney for Vehicle Use: This allows an individual to grant another person the right to manage and use a vehicle. Citizens can now issue a power of attorney for vehicles to third parties digitally, using a video verification process. The service requires inputting vehicle information, providing contact details for both parties, video verification, and completing the payment.

Power of Attorney for Disposal of Vehicle: This power of attorney allows one person to transfer the rights to dispose of a vehicle (such as selling, gifting, or mortgaging) to another person. Users can issue a power of attorney for vehicle disposal by specifying special powers related to the vehicle, providing video verification, and making the payment.

Power of Attorney for Representation in Institutions: This service allows users to issue a power of attorney to represent themselves in various organizations. The process involves submitting the representative's details, selecting the organizations to be represented, video verification, and payment. It ensures citizens can safely delegate representation rights to others in front of institutions.

Revocation of Powers of Attorney: Users can now cancel previous powers of attorney digitally through the “mygov” platform. This process involves selecting the specific power of attorney, reviewing legal explanations, video verification, and payment. It provides users full control over the status of their previous powers of attorney.
