Parents can now view their children's laboratory test results on the “mygov” platform
The “mygov” digital government platform has introduced another enhancement aimed at providing citizens with easier access to personal information and official documents. Parents can now obtain laboratory test results of their children under the age of 18 directly through “mygov” in a fully digital format.
This integration has been implemented through the cooperation of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA), the State Agency on Mandatory Health Insurance, and TABIB.
Through the platform, parents can view details such as the date of analysis, the name of the medical institution, the sample number, and can download the laboratory results in electronic (PDF) format. This eliminates the need for additional visits to medical institutions and enhances overall service accessibility.
It should be noted that only children who possess a valid ID card can have their laboratory results accessed via the platform.
The information is available both on the web platform and within the mobile application.
To access the information:
- Go to the “Services” section on the main page;
- Select the “Family” or “Health” category;
- Click on “My children’s laboratory test results”;
- If available, the information will be displayed on the screen;
- Click the “Download” button to view the document.
It is worth noting that parents can already access several other child-related documents on “mygov” in digital format — including ID cards, passports, birth certificates, and vaccination records. The expansion of these services enables parents to conveniently track and manage essential information about their children from a single, unified digital platform.
