Registration for the new ICT program is starting

As part of the joint collaboration between the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IRIA) and the leading global IT company “Andersen,” registration for the "IT SkillsBridge" internship program is now open.

This one-year program will begin with three months of intensive training in Java, QA, and Systems Analysis, led by internationally experienced instructors. During the next six months, participants will work on real project tasks and develop their teamwork skills in a simulated environment. In the final three months, they will gain hands-on experience by directly participating in real projects. Notably, participants will receive paid support during all stages of the program.

Graduates who demonstrate high performance and engagement may be offered career opportunities at Andersen.

The program is open to university graduates residing in Baku, with strong theoretical knowledge in Java, QA, or Systems Analysis, and an upper-intermediate level of English. Preference will be given to graduates of IRIA-funded training programs during the selection process.

Applicants must have their own personal computer and be able to commit up to 40 hours per week to the program.
