Registration has opened for the new training program of the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center.

The Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center, jointly established by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, and the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, has opened registration for a new wave of cybersecurity training programs.
This training wave introduces a special opportunity for participants — the top 5 graduates who achieve the highest results will be awarded a one-month international internship at leading global companies, allowing them to test their skills in a real-world work environment.
The program is open to Azerbaijani citizens aged 17 and above who have basic ICT knowledge and English language proficiency. Registered applicants will go through an exam and interview process. The exam, conducted by Israeli experts, will assess candidates’ logical and analytical thinking, ICT competencies, and English proficiency. Those who successfully pass the interview stage will be among 60 participants selected to join the program with a full scholarship.
Training will be conducted by Technion’s academic staff based on their teaching methodology, combining theoretical and practical lessons. Over six months, participants will attend classes from 09:00 to 16:00, followed by hands-on practical sessions from 16:00 to 21:00.
The program will train two specialized groups — Red Team (Offensive) and Blue Team (Defensive) cybersecurity professionals. Throughout the training, participants will take part in simulation exercises to enhance their practical skills. Graduates will receive an official certificate from Technion upon successful completion of the program.
