Registration Opens for the New Training Wave at the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center
The Ministry of Digital Development and Transport, together with the Innovation and Digital Development Agency and Israel’s Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, has announced the launch of a new wave of training at the Azerbaijan Cybersecurity Center.
Citizens of Azerbaijan aged 17 and above, with English language proficiency and basic ICT knowledge, are eligible to apply.
Registered applicants will go through a multi-stage selection process consisting of an exam and an interview. The exam, conducted by Israeli specialists, will assess candidates' logical and analytical thinking, ICT skills, and English language level. Candidates who successfully pass the interview stage will be among the 60 participants selected to attend the training program free of charge. Only those with the highest scores in each stage will move forward.
Participants accepted into the program will be taught by Technion's academic staff using their established teaching methodology. The training will span six months and include theoretical lessons from 09:00 to 16:00, followed by hands-on practical sessions from 16:00 to 21:00.
The program aims to train professionals in two specialized areas: the Red Team (offensive security) and Blue Team (defensive security). During the course, participants will engage in simulation-based exercises to enhance their practical skills. Graduates of the program will receive an official certificate issued by Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
