Services of the “e-Sosial” mobile application are now available in one place — mygov!

Purposeful efforts are also being carried out by the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population (MLSPP) to implement the “Action Plan for Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026–2028,” approved by the Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev.
As part of measures aimed at transitioning digital public services to a unified centralized system, the Ministry is in the final stage of completing the integration of the digital services it previously provided through the “e-Sosial” mobile application into the “mygov” platform.
The process will be fully completed by the end of this month, and starting from May 1, the “e-Sosial” application will be completely discontinued.
As a result, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population will become the first government institution to fully integrate its e-services into the “mygov” platform.
At the same time, in order to eliminate the duplication of digital services and considering that these services will now be delivered in a centralized manner through a single platform—“mygov”—the “e-Sosial” mobile application will cease its operations.
It should be noted that the Ministry, one of the institutions most actively implementing digitalization in public administration, has digitalized more than 90% of its services in recent years.
In addition, more than 50 of these services have been made proactive, and the Ministry was also the first government body to migrate its information systems to the Government Cloud (G-cloud) infrastructure.
It is also worth noting that during a meeting held in February this year on the unified action plan titled “Azerbaijan’s New Digital Architecture,” the Head of State instructed the gradual discontinuation of platforms and applications developed by government institutions and the provision of public services through a single centralized platform—“mygov.” The President emphasized that this approach would provide significant advantages for citizens, ensuring that all necessary services are accessible from a single point.
