Several more notary services of the Ministry of Justice have been integrated into “mygov.”

To provide digital government services on a single platform, the range of notary services of the Ministry of Justice available on “mygov” has been expanded.
Citizens can now use the “Issuance of a Power of Attorney for Disposal of Real Estate” service on “mygov” to authorize another person to act on their behalf in matters related to real estate. This includes granting authority to another person to carry out property transfer, mortgage, and other disposal transactions.
The “Real Estate Disposal Application” service enables property owners to electronically formalize their consent to the transfer of certain rights and authorities over real estate to another person.
Property owners can also use the “Residential Registration Application” service to electronically provide their consent on “mygov” for other individuals to be registered at the same address.
In addition, through the “Issuance of a Power of Attorney for Inheritance” service, citizens can electronically authorize another person to collect documents related to inheritance proceedings and formalize inherited property.
Two more services that enable the electronic formalization of applications of various types have also been integrated into the “mygov” platform.
Through the “Free-Form Application” service, citizens can submit applications on “mygov” concerning types of applications that are not submitted as notarial applications.
To do so, citizens first select the institution to which the application will be addressed, then upload the application text and required documents to the system. After the accuracy of the information is confirmed and the payment process is completed, the application is submitted electronically.
Citizens can also withdraw an application they have previously submitted electronically through the “Application Withdrawal Request” service. To do so, they select the application they wish to withdraw, indicate the reason for withdrawal, and verify the accuracy of the information. Once all stages are completed, the application is electronically sent to the relevant institution.
In accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On the Protection of Public Health,” the “Issuance of a Power of Attorney for Obtaining Medicines” service has also been integrated into the “mygov” platform, allowing free or discounted medicines to be obtained by another person authorized by the citizen. Under this service, the citizen’s eligibility to receive discounted medicines is first verified through the system, followed by confirmation of the accuracy of the citizen’s information. Once the payment process is completed, the application is submitted electronically.
Applications submitted by citizens through all the above-mentioned services are formalized in accordance with notarial procedures.
Citizens can access these services through both the my.gov.az portal and the “mygov” mobile application.
