The 2-millionth user of the mygov platform has been honored

On 27 November, a large-scale presentation event was held to mark the MyGov platform reaching 2 million users. During the event, the platform’s development dynamics, the expansion of digital services, and the innovations planned for the next stage were presented.
Chairman of the Management Board of IRIA, Farid Osmanov, delivered an opening speech:
“In a short period of time, the MyGov platform has become the choice of 2 million citizens, demonstrating the high level of trust and strong demand for digital services. This milestone is a tangible result of the steps taken to increase the accessibility and transparency of public services. At the next stage, we will continue to deliver innovative, user-friendly, and efficient solutions that meet citizens’ expectations.”
Emil Rustamov, Director of IRIA’s Digital Product Development Department, delivered a detailed presentation on the results achieved by the MyGov platform and its development prospects.
During the event, the platform’s 2-millionth user, Basti Aghamalizade, was specially honored and congratulated. Citizens were encouraged to actively use the platform to benefit from digital services efficiently, simplify daily tasks, and save time and resources.
It should be noted that, according to the indicators for November 2025, the number of MyGov users has exceeded 2 million. This year alone, more than 1 million citizens have registered on the platform — more than double compared to the end of last year. The number of active users who regularly log in and make use of digital services has reached 800,000. Currently, the platform offers more than 400 digital services in total.
