The Innovation and Digital Development Agency has presented the “digital.leadership” program.

On December 19, IDDA held a meeting dedicated to reviewing the results of 2023 and presenting the digital.leadership program.
The event was opened by IDDA Chairperson Inara Valiyeva, who informed representatives from various government institutions about the digital.leadership program and emphasized the importance of ensuring efficiency in the management and integration of government information resources.
It should be noted that the program aims to accelerate the transition to digital government, develop the sector, ensure effective coordination among relevant state bodies, and strengthen international competitiveness. Subsequently, IDDA Advisor Shahin Aliyev delivered a presentation summarizing the agency’s activities during 2023. Also, Aleksey Gusev, Director of IDDA’s “Digital Academy” program, updated attendees on the conclusion of the “Digital Transformation Leader” training.
Within the event, a team-based workshop titled “Digitalization 2024: Opportunities and Challenges” was held among senior ICT representatives from various government institutions. The workshop was moderated by Tamara Srzentic, former Minister of Public Administration, Digital Transformation, and Media of Montenegro.
Held in a roundtable format, teams consisting of 7-8 representatives from different government bodies participated. The workshop aimed to promote group communication and decision-making by collecting, structuring, prioritizing ideas, and drafting goals, recommendations, and action plans to address specific problems and their possible solutions.
During the workshop, skills such as teamwork, communication, leveraging team members’ ideas, strategic planning, managing change and challenges, fostering values, and improving products and services were developed.
