The Innovation and Digital Development Agency has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Astana Hub Technopark

The Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Kazakhstan’s Astana Hub International Technopark. The document aims to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the fields of innovation, entrepreneurship, and startup ecosystem development, expand regional innovation ties, and deepen mutual knowledge exchange.

Under the Memorandum, IDDA and Astana Hub will enhance collaboration to support the growth of both countries’ startup ecosystems. The goal is to expand market access and improve opportunities for venture financing for startups. Strategic partnership, as well as knowledge and experience exchange in relevant areas, will be carried out with Astana Hub.

It should be noted that the document also outlines the potential development and implementation of joint incubation and acceleration programs for startups from Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan. Supporting mentoring, training, and access to resources for startups, innovators, and ecosystem members is also among the key objectives of the cooperation framework.
