The Innovation and Digital Development Agency was proudly represented at the “Sustainable Construction Summit.”
On April 10, 2025, the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) took part in the “Sustainable Construction Summit,” held at Sea Breeze Resort under the motto “people. planet. prosperity.” The event was jointly organized by the Azerbaijan Industrial Safety Association Public Union and PMD Projects.
The primary goal of the summit was to discuss the latest global innovations, modern technologies, and best practices in the fields of green construction, energy efficiency, resource management, industrial safety, occupational health, labor protection, quality, and sustainable infrastructure. Key highlights of the event included a Davos-style Follow-up panel, an exclusive “Open Talk” session, an interactive workshop based on the 5P standard developed by Green Project Management (GPM), and “The Builder’s Awards” presentation.
The event brought together over 250 participants, including government officials, leading architects, investors, heads of construction companies, and professionals in HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality management.
The Innovation and Digital Development Agency was represented by HSE specialist Ilkin Hasanaliyev, who actively participated in the summit. As part of the event, Ilkin Hasanaliyev also took part in the “Shared Responsibility for Sustainability” workshop organized by PMO.az School of Project Thinking, where he joined a team alongside HSE professionals from PMD Projects.
During the workshop competition, Ilkin contributed valuable suggestions to the team's assigned task and provided a professional response to a special question posed to all attendees regarding sustainable projects. At the conclusion of the group activity, the most active members of the winning teams were awarded special gifts in recognition of their contributions.
