The most active players of the innovation ecosystem have been awarded
At the initiative of the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA), the award ceremony of IDDA Awards, one of the most significant events in Azerbaijan’s innovation ecosystem, was held on 17 December 2025. The event brought together nearly 200 ecosystem players, including startups, representatives of major companies, and various government institutions.
This year, the competition received a total of 162 applications across eight different categories. Of these, 119 applications advanced to the public voting stage, after which five finalists in each category were evaluated by the jury.
During the official part of the event, Farid Osmanov, Chairman of IDDA’s Management Board, Taleh Kerimli, Head of IDDA’s Innovation Ecosystem Department, and Agahuseyn Ahmadov, Head of the Investment and Scaling Division, delivered speeches highlighting ongoing efforts in innovation and digital transformation in the country, the future development prospects of the ecosystem, and the role of IDDA Awards in this process.

It should be noted that IDDA Awards is a key platform dedicated to promoting innovation in Azerbaijan, showcasing advanced technological solutions developed by startups, and encouraging the adoption of innovative projects in both the public and private sectors. In addition to recognition within the ecosystem, participation — especially winning — creates broad opportunities for networking and building new partnerships.
