The number of citizens using the “mygov” platform has exceeded 2 million

The number of users on “mygov”, the country’s main digital government platform, has surpassed 2 million.

Throughout 2025, a significant increase was recorded in the number of citizens accessing the platform via both the web and mobile application.

More than 1 million citizens registered on the platform this year alone—more than double compared to the end of last year. The number of active users who regularly log in and benefit from digital services has reached 800,000.

Currently, the platform offers over 400 digital services.

Among the most frequently accessed documents this year are ID card information, employment information, family composition, driver's license data, and marital status records. QR sharing and document download features accounted for most of this usage. The platform currently provides 69 digital documents and datasets. In 2025, the number of digital document usages by citizens doubled compared to the same period last year, reaching approximately 2.2 million.

The most requested services include criminal record certificates, mobile device registration, family member information, marital status certificates, and vehicle power-of-attorney services. A total of 37 government services have been redesigned and fully digitalized. This year, requests for these services increased more than tenfold compared to the same period last year, exceeding 220,000.

Several key digital features have contributed to the growth in user numbers on “mygov.” Notably, the “mygov ID” feature played a crucial role, enabling citizens to access government and private-sector systems quickly and securely via QR code. Additionally, the “Permission Management” feature, which allows users to control the sharing of their personal data, has made the platform more user-centric, secure, and convenient. A newly introduced functionality also allows users to send and receive official letters to and from government agencies, enhancing the citizen-focused digital service experience.

Through the “mygov” mobile application, citizens can currently benefit from a wide range of services, including criminal record certificates, family composition and marital status information, education and military service data, issuance of powers of attorney, updating utility subscriber information, accessing debt and healthcare records, employment certificates, signing labor contracts, requesting permits to travel to the liberated territories, making payments via bank cards, and much more. Services related to key life events—such as obtaining birth, marriage, and death certificates—have also become more convenient and accessible thanks to integration with government entities.

Given the ongoing expansion of platform capabilities and continuous improvement of user experience, this strong growth trend is expected to persist in the coming periods.
