The range of medical information accessible to citizens on the 'mygov' platform has been expanded.

The scope of digital documents and data on the "mygov" platform continues to expand.
Thanks to the joint initiative of the State Agency for Mandatory Health Insurance, the Administration of the Regional Medical Divisions (TABIB), and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency, citizens can now directly access information on "My Family Doctor", "My Doctor Visits", and "My Laboratory Test Results" through the mygov platform.
Previously, these details were only available via the "e-Tabib" mobile application. Now, both the mygov web portal and mobile app provide access to this information. As a result, citizens can obtain information about medical services they have received—either through mandatory health insurance or paid services at state medical institutions under TABIB, as well as services covered by insurance in other public and private medical institutions—all in one place, without needing to switch platforms.
Accessing the new services involves the following steps:
For “My Family Doctor” information:
-
Log in to the mygov platform and navigate to the "My Medical Information" section.
-
Select "My Family Doctor."
-
View the relevant information.
This feature allows citizens to easily obtain information about their registered family doctor at the state medical institution providing primary healthcare services.
For “My Doctor Visits” information:
-
Log in to the mygov platform and go to the "My Medical Information" section.
-
Select "My Doctor Visits."
Citizens can now access information about their medical consultations, diagnoses, and the healthcare services they have received.
How to use the “Laboratory Test Results” feature:
-
Log in to the "mygov" platform and navigate to the "My Medical Information" section.
-
Select “Laboratory Test Results.”
-
Review the available data.
These new features help citizens save time and resources while providing faster and more convenient access to their medical information.
