The use of “mygov” services is being promoted with the support of “Digital Volunteers”

The “Digital Volunteers” program has been launched in Baku and various regions of Azerbaijan through a collaboration between the Innovation and Digital Development Agency (IDDA) and “ASAN Service”.
Supported by the “ASAN Volunteers” Organization, the program aims to raise public awareness of the capabilities of the “mygov” platform and encourage the use of digital services among citizens in Baku and the regions.
As part of the initiative, volunteers assess whether citizens visiting “ASAN Service” centers use the “mygov” platform. They assist citizens who have not yet registered on the platform with downloading the mobile application and completing the registration process. They also provide detailed information about the platform’s features, available digital services, and how to use them.
To measure the effectiveness of the program, statistical data on “ASAN Service” centers and volunteers is monitored.
The program is being implemented within the framework of the “Digitalization Roadmap”, which aims to promote the use of digital services in accordance with the “Action Plan for 2026–2028 on Accelerating Digital Development in the Republic of Azerbaijan”.
The initiative is being carried out across 27 “ASAN Service” centers with the participation of more than 230 volunteers. In the next phase, meetings with residents of the regions are planned to gather their feedback and suggestions for further improving the platform.
