University registration begins tomorrow: the process will be conducted exclusively through my.gov.az
Registration for applicants admitted to bachelor’s degree programs will begin tomorrow. Applicants will complete their registration exclusively through the my.gov.az portal. Registration will be open from 11:00 on August 28 until 18:00 on September 8. Applicants who fail to register using the relevant service and obtain confirmation from the educational institution will be excluded from the list of admitted students.
To register, applicants must first log in to their personal accounts on the my.gov.az portal via mygov ID (single sign-on system). They should then select the Ministry of Science and Education under the “Institutions” category in the “Services” section and access the “Registration of students at higher and secondary specialized education institutions” service.
After accessing the service, the applicant’s personal information will be displayed on the screen. Applicants should verify the accuracy of the information, review their admission details, and proceed to the next stage. If a document is required for any information that is not available in the electronic system, the applicant must upload the relevant document.
Applicants then indicate in the “Preferential Admission” section whether they wish to receive a student education loan. They also indicate whether they belong to a socially vulnerable population group. If they select “Yes,” they must specify the relevant social status and upload documents confirming it.
At the final stage, applicants verify the accuracy of the information they have entered, provide consent to the collection and use of their data, and complete the registration process.
Applicants can track the status of their applications through the “Service History” section. When an application is marked “Payment required,” the tuition fee can be paid using the “Pay Online” function. Alternatively, if the payment has been made through another method, the applicant can upload the payment confirmation document using the “Upload Receipt” option.
Once the registration application has been reviewed and approved by the educational institution, the process is considered complete. Applicants will receive a notification through the “mygov” platform confirming the completion of their registration.
